Very bad customer service

Today a customer requested some labels from our competition and the answer are just amazing both in customer service and attitude to the end user.

First let me say we always try to ship the same day, even in the afternoon and if we receive an urgent must have even @ 4.30pm we do our best to get it dropped off so it goes out. I understand that cable labels in the structured cabling market are urgent, #cablelabels and we always try to ship if we can.

When asked @ 8.30am to ship on Friday our competitor said:- “We are not making any changes to our shipping due to our corporate work schedule”   Why Not we DO!.

When asked to try ship on Friday our competitor said:- “we are not going to have an employee drive your orders to drop off at local UPS facility”  Why Not we DO!.

When asked if double the order to make it $800 for you to ship Friday our competitor said:- “We will not be modifying pricing to appease your shipping concerns” Why Not we DO!.

The final great customer service answer was just out the ballpark, these guys most have never worked in communications cabling or structured cabling business before, even when expressing how disappointed they are our competitor said:- “You should be planning your orders to meet your inventory requirements.”  

So Network Connections Group USA will always understand the customer and try our best to do the right thing, we even ship on Saturdays, our business is going great and now we know why! let’s hope our competitors keep up the good work they are doing.
