Our return policy is easy. You may return any item for a refund provided the product is in its original resalable condition. To make a return, please call us at 407-321-7394 or E-mail at which time we will provide return address and specific instructions.  We reserve the right to substitute any item with an item of equal or greater value, due to availability. We are constantly upgrading our merchandise with new and exciting products. We reserve the right to substitute those items if they are found to be a better value or add to the design enhancement.

Shipping Policy

Most orders are shipped USPS & UPS the next business day after receipt of the order. We cannot however, ship to a P.O. Box. We will provide the tracking number for your purchase by request. Delays in shipping delivery may occur during peak holidays such as Christmas. Please allow for this possibility. If items are returned in good condition a refund will be issued.

Miscellaneous

Seller shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond the reasonable control of Seller.
